Classic Mexican Wine Tasting

Relax in our beautiful garden and enjoy a guided tasting of five exceptional Mexican wines, thoughtfully curated to showcase the diversity and excellence of Mexico’s winemaking. Each tasting includes a complimentary cheese and charcuterie board to enhance the flavors of the wines.

Our wine guide will lead you through each pour, sharing the background of the wineries and insight into Mexico’s expanding role in the global wine scene. With regions like Valle de Guadalupe now recognized internationally, this tasting is the perfect introduction to the best of Mexican wine.

Wine & Aroma Sensory Experience

Looking for something truly unique? Step beyond the traditional tasting and join us for our Wine & Aroma Sensory Experience. This immersive event begins with an aroma workshop, where participants smell essential oils that mirror the scents often found in wine—citrus, berries, herbs, vanilla, and spice. By sharpening your sense of smell, you’ll unlock a deeper ability to identify the layers of complexity in each glass.

You’ll then taste five carefully selected Mexican wines, guided by our expert host who will share the history of the wineries and insights into Mexico’s rapidly growing wine industry. A cheese and charcuterie board will complement the wines, and the evening concludes with a private walk through one of Puerto Vallarta’s most unique wine cellars, exclusively at Casita & Garden.
