DESSERT WINE & APERITIFS

Piemme Limoncello di Sorrento IGP

Lemons

  • Sorrento, Campania, Italy

  • Certified Sorrento lemons, alcohol, sugar, and a whole lot of Italian tradition. This limoncello is produced under the IGP Sorrento (Identificazione Geografica Tipica) certification, a protected area committed to protecting the tradition and quality standards of this traditional digestif.

This is an infusion of Sorrento lemon’s zests in pure alcohol and sugar that gives a distinctive, rich and lemon-scented taste to the final product – all according to the original Sorrento recipe.

Gran Barquero Fino

Pedro Ximénez

  • D.O. Montilla Moriles, Spain

  • VERY aromatic, with lots of almond, sourdough, and cashew nuts notes. Soft herbs. Underneath is also a layer of fruity notes (grapes, peach, melon). A very light hint of wood as well. On the palate, it has pleasant hints of flor and brine, a zesty side (grapefruit zest, bitter almonds), and lots of herbal/grassy notes. The fruitiness is still there, with some firm acidity, which makes it seem a little less dry than a Fino de Jerez.

St Petroni Red Vermouth

Albariño

  • Galicia, Spain

  • Reddish, dark, and shiny. Aromas of ripe fruit, with nuances of vanilla, spices, and subtle balsamic touch. On the palate, it is refreshing, complex, and balanced. Without a doubt, a pleasure for the senses. Of all the botanical ingredients in this vermouth, the star is undoubtedly absinthe. This holy herb, used by Oscar Wilde, Dalí, Da Vinci and Boticelli to seek inspiration, takes the flavors of this unique vermouth to a whole new level.

Perez Barquero Vermouth

Pedro Ximénez

  • Montilla, Spain

  • Made exclusively from Pedro Ximénez grape. Citrus and spicy aromas carry on to the palate which develops notes of orange, cinnamon, wood, bitter almond.
